From the stunning grounds to the attentive staff, every moment felt like a dream. Breakfast was delightful, and the spa offered a truly relaxing experience. Although reservations were tricky, the dining was generally excellent. A few minor hiccups aside, this place is a remarkable escape into luxury.

Our family had an unforgettable time exploring the beautiful nature reserve. The two-hour tour was a highlight, filled with stunning waterfalls and vibrant wildlife. The spacious, well-furnished Deluxe Seaview Suite made us feel right at home.

In my wife’s opinion, a better kids club would have been great.

We had an amazing time enjoying the spa facilities, relaxing at the beautiful pools, and indulging in watersports like paddle boarding. The Colonial style of the hotel was stunning! Special shoutout to Ashley, who made dining at the Palmier extra special with his really good service and warmth.

I just had the best time! The delicious variety at breakfast blew me away, especially the local flavors. Poolside service was fantastic, with quick drink refills. The yoga classes were perfect for relaxing after a busy day. I'd definitely return!

The breakfast spread was out of this world, with fresh fruits and delicious pastries every morning. The only downside was the occasional noise from other guests, but it didn’t really take away from our overall experience. 😄

We were warmly welcomed with a free lunch as we settled in, and Melvin, our host, was just fantastic, making sure we didn’t miss a thing during our stay. The spa treatments were like nothing I’ve ever experienced, leaving us refreshed and ready for more adventures.

The beachfront views from the Junior Suite are simply breathtaking, making each morning feel like waking up in paradise. The seafood buffet offers a delightful variety that seafood lovers will appreciate, enhancing the overall dining experience.

many dinner spots were often full or had restricted menus, which was a letdown. Housekeeping also lacked thoroughness, often just completing the bare minimum like changing sheets and emptying trash without other cleaning touches, making for a somewhat uncomfortable stay.

During my stay, I was thrilled to find that the Heritage Nature Reserve was just a short stroll away, making it perfect for a relaxing afternoon walk, and the nearby Sea Shell Museum offered a fascinating glimpse into local culture and history. the hotel itself was a great fit for single travelers like me, boasting beautiful grounds and an excellent buffet breakfast.
